Robert Campos Hires as New Director
ATLANTA (January 30, 2006)
Phoenix Strategic Resources, Inc. announced plans to launch a new media and data storage practice to provide their clients with cost-effective, scalable storage solutions for valuable media assets. Phoenix also announced the hiring of Robert Campos, to direct their new storage initiative.
“This really allows us to offer a comprehensive package for our clients, one that starts with strategic consulting and flows all the way through to data storage,” said Mona Brown Harty, Chief Services Officer. for Phoenix. “It’s important that our clients know that they can rely upon us for a full data and media solution and the development of this storage practice allows us to provide a full-service solution.”
Phoenix’s storage practice will focus on four main areas:
- business and technology consulting for clients who need scalable, cost-effective storage solutions;
- architecture, design, installation and configuration of selected storage solutions;
- procurement of storage hardware and software through Phoenix; and
- training for clients to maximize their storage investment.
The hiring of Campos provides Phoenix with a specialized focus on data storage issues and brings strong industry experience to the firm. Campos, an ITIL-certified administrator, comes to Phoenix from his own consulting firm--CAMPOS Consulting--and Computer Associates (CA). In both positions, he focused on sales, delivery, and training for CA’s BrightStor data storage brand. Campos is also a 26-year technology veteran with the federal government.
