PSR Associates, Inc. continues to expand its product and service offerings with the introduction of IT Service Management (ITSM) for new and existing customers. The new service offers customers a subscription-based pay-as-you-go pricing and rapid time-to-value with no hardware, software or capital expense requirements.

PSR will leverage CA Service Desk and utilize leading cloud provider Amazon Elastic Computing Cloud to deliver the subscription service. The service supports best practices with a preconfigured process framework and allows customers the freedom and flexibility of determining what they want, how they want it, and budget for precisely how much they want to pay for it.
